SOL DEL CUSCO ist eine Kakaozubereitung zum Herstellen von Trinkschokolade, mit Nelke und Zimt. 

Dieses Getränk wird in Peru traditionellerweise zu Weihnachten und Silvester getrunken. 

 

Sol del Cusco Chocolate Peru

  • Nettoinhalt: 90g (ausreichend für 4-6 Tassen)
  • Zutaten: brauner Zucker, pflanzliches Fett, Kakaomasse, Kakaopulver, Emulgator Sojalecithin (E322), Salz und Nelke-Zimt Aroma.
  • Verwendung: Vor wärme Schützen
  • Vorbereitung: Packungsinhalt in 200ml Wasser geben. Kochen bis Auflosung. 1 Liter Milch addieren
  • Herkunft: Peru
